Client Services Coordinator Opening

Working in close collaboration with other team members, you will help ensure that clients receive exceptional service while supporting company and division-level goals. The role requires direct client interaction, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong partnerships with other team members, responsibility and ownership for your work, and an ability to organize and prioritize competing demands and varying responsibilities throughout the day.

About Our Company

For almost 30 years, we have provided a variety of services to support day care and afterschool facilities across Texas participating in the USDA Child & Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). We offer a unique combination of services that leverage software and deep industry knowledge to support CEs (contracting entities) in their direct participation. Our services include but may not be limited to:

● CACFP training
● Consulting during various client projects
● Software access to manage all aspects of the program
● Monthly CACFP claim processing
● CACFP contract management guidance and monitoring

Our company now operates in a completely remote environment. All staff work remotely. We have been transitioning towards new ways of providing services to prepare for future growth. This is a great opportunity to join the company at the beginning of a new chapter in our history.

Our Clients

Our clients include child care providers, adult day cares, and providers offering after school services. Currently we serve clients in Texas but have significant potential to expand services to other states.
