1. Payment Methods & Subscription Billing

How do I update or change my payment method (credit card/bank account)?
You can update your payment method by contacting our support team or using the secure payment link provided in your invoice emails. If you need help, let us know and we’ll guide you through the process.

Can I extend my payment withdrawal date if my funds are delayed?
Our billing system processes payments on set dates. If you anticipate a delay, contact us as soon as possible to discuss options to avoid service interruptions.

How do I clear or verify my payments?
You can check your payment status in your CACFP Solutions emails or request a payment confirmation from our accounting team.

What if I need to cancel or not renew my subscription?
Please notify us in writing at least 30 days before your renewal date. We’ll confirm your request and stop future charges.


2. Invoices & Receipts

Can you resend an invoice or payment receipt?
Absolutely! Email us your site name and the period or invoice in question, and we’ll promptly resend the document.


3. Financial Statements & Audit Support

What financial documents do you need from me for my CACFP application, administrative review, or renewal?
We may request bank statements, balance sheets, income statements (profit & loss), payroll records, and general ledgers covering the relevant periods. Follow instructions in our email or ask if you’re unsure.

How do I get a quote for financial statement preparation or bookkeeping?
Contact us with your center name and the specific services you need (e.g., balance sheet, income statement, general ledger). We’ll review your request and send a personalized quote.

I need help preparing for an annual audit or admin review—what should I do?
Gather all requested documents from your engagement letter (bank statements, canceled checks, payroll, time distribution reports, etc.). If you have questions about what’s required, contact our team for a checklist and support.


4. Ledgers & Reports

What ledgers or reports do you need for a CACFP application, renewal, or audit?
We typically need your general ledger, balance sheet, income statement (Profit & Loss Statement), and payroll summaries for the claim periods requested by TDA. Submit these as instructed in your request email.

How do I generate a profit and loss statement or balance sheet?
You can request our accounting services. If you need us to prepare these, first send us your most recent bank statement so we can assess the workload and offer you a service quote.Once an agreement has been made, send us your most recent bank statements from the last 12 months and we’ll handle the rest.


5. Payroll

What payroll documents do I need to submit for an administrative review (audit)?
Submit payslips, payroll summaries, and IRS 941 reports for the periods requested. This may include monthly, quarterly, or annual records.


6. General Accounting & Financial Support

What if I have a question about my account, a specific payment, or a line item?
Contact our accounting team with the details and we’ll review and respond as soon as possible.

Can I get a yearly price comparison or service summary?
Yes—request a yearly summary or comparison template from our team for budgeting or review purposes.
