How Do I Link a Sibling Who Is Already Enrolled in MFC?
- Enroll the New Sibling
Log in to MyFoodCloud and add the new child by following your standard enrollment process.
- Request Sibling Link by contacting us.
In your message, include the full names of both siblings you want to link together.
The CACFP Solutions team will process your request and link the siblings’ profiles in the system.
- Once the siblings are linked, generate a new enrollment and income E-Form from MFC. You will do this by clicking into the existing sibling’s account.
Then, Click on the Parent Details tab.
Next, click the pencil icon to edit the record and activate the fields.
Click the Generate Enrollment Code & Parent Email/Text Checkbox and save.
Have the Parent Complete the New Form
The updated E-Form will be emailed and/or texted to the parent/guardian’s information on file for digital signature and completion. This updated form link will list both siblings together, as required for CACFP documentation.
