I. Reviewing Your Monthly Audit Report
- Check your email for your Monthly Audit Report from CACFP Solutions after your claim is processed.
- Open the report and review the summary fields—especially Sections B & C, which contain the numbers you’ll need for your claim.
II. File Claim in TX-UNPS
Use your monthly audit report to file your claim in TX-UNPS.
Your Claim in TX-UNPS
- Go to the TX-UNPS website and log in with your credentials.
- In the top navigation bar, select the Year for your claim.
- Choose the correct Program Year from the options.
- Click Claims on the top navigation bar.
- Click Claim Entry – Center.
- Select the appropriate Claim Month.
- Click the red Add Original Claim button.]
- Click Add next to the site for which you are filing a claim. (If you have multiple sites, repeat this for each one.)
- Enter the numbers from Sections B & C of your Monthly Audit Report into the required fields.
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen.
- On the next screen, verify that the status shows Validated, then click Continue.
- Check the certification box and click Submit for Payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email and see a confirmation number on the screen. Click Finished.
- Confirm that your claim month status now shows as Accepted.
- Use the button in the top right corner to log out of TX-UNPS.
