1. PROJECT PHASES & START DATES
There are 3 project phases as described on the next page. The Milestone Start Dates for Project Phases 2 & 3 are estimated on the Project Plan per each phase’s Milestone Deadline. If one phase has been completed before the Milestone Deadline, then the Milestone Start Date for the next project phase will be advanced and will begin using the revised starting date
2. PROJECT MILESTONE DEADLINES
Each project phase will have a corresponding Milestone Deadline. These deadlines are the dates established by CACFP Solutions for all parties to complete the steps required of them during that phase. If the next phase begins earlier than the estimated date, the Milestone Deadlines will still always remain what is published on the Project Plan or what is published below, whichever is shorter:
- Phase 1: Document & Submission Prep: 42 days from effective date.
- Phase 2: Application Submission: 53 days from effective date.
- Phase 3: Pre-Approval Visit + Final Steps: 73 days from effective date.
3. RESPONSE TIMES – 3 BUSINESS DAYS
Normal deadlines for specific project “to-dos” will be organized within the project and the Milestone Deadlines for each phase are published on the Project Plan. From time to time, either party may need to submit materials to the other party for review, completion, corrections, or other updates. To expedite the project, both parties agree to reply to the other party with the requested materials or information within 3 business days.
4. PROJECT CANCELLATIONS
Projects are subject to cancellation if the client has not met their unique responsibilities defined in each project phase or has not responded within 3 business days to a previous request made by CACFP Solutions. The steps and/or documents required by CACFP Solutions and the Client will be outlined for the client upon project signup.
5. PROJECT MILESTONE FEE
With the exception of Milestone 1, project Milestone fees will be auto-charged to the Client’s payment method on file on or around each Milestone Deadline. If the project phase is completed prior to the Milestone Deadline, the client will be charged on or around the date the project phase is completed. No refunds are available for milestones previously paid, including in the event a project is canceled.
6. APPLICATION DOCUMENT COLLECTION
CACFP SOLUTIONS will provide Client with a list of documents and any other steps required for Client’s final submission of the initial application to Texas Department of Agriculture (“TDA”). CACFP SOLUTIONS will also provide guidance and support to Client in completing any specific TDA application forms properly. The Client retains full and final responsibility for completion and submission of the application to TDA.
7. NO GUARANTEES
CACFP Solutions will do everything possible to support the client during their CE Application based on our years of experience. Despite this commitment and our good history of helping clients receive approval, we can offer no particular result given that CE application materials are reviewed and approved by the Texas Department of Agriculture.

1. How will I know what information I need for my project?
We’ll guide you through the required documentation, timelines, and preparation process.
2. When can I expect to receive a response after submitting information to you?
We guarantee a response within 3 business days. We do our best to reply within 36 hours or less to expedite things for you.
3. How long do I have to submit requested information to CACFP Solutions?
Initial document submission is required within 3 calendar days of the project start date. Outside of that deadline, we ask that you respond to any requests for information or documents within 3 business days.
4. If my project expires, will I receive a refund?
Our sincere goal is to help you complete the entire application process on time. The only way a project will expire is if we haven’t received timely responses from your team to requests made by our team. For that reason, no refunds will be given if a project expires.
5. Can I use your project services without using your monthly services?
No, we allocate resources for project support exclusively to clients who plan to engage with our monthly services.
6. What happens if I don’t complete the project?
If you choose not to complete the project, you are still responsible for all installment payments as per our Terms of Service.
