Deactivate or Reactivate Enrollees in MyFoodCloud

How Do I Deactivate Enrollees in MFC?

  1. From your dashboard, select ENTER/Get Started.
  2. Click Manage Enrollment.
  3. Click View Current List.
  4. From your Enrollee list, find the child who you wish to Deactivate.
  5. Click the Deactivate button (located on the second column from the right)

6. Input the inactivate date. Click Confirm Deactivation. 

How Do I Reactivating Enrollees in MFC?

  1. Under View Current List, click the search by status option.
  2. Then select Inactive in the drop-down.
  3. Click the participant’s name.

4. Click the Enrollment Details tab.

5. Click the Pencil Edit button.

6. Next to Status, click the yellow Reactivate button.

7. Click Save. The child is now reactivated!
