What is the MyFoodCloud login URL?
The official login page is enter.myfoodcloud.com.
Here are the step by step instructions for logging in for the first time: https://cacfpsolutions.com/docs/intro-to-myfoodcloud/
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the MyFoodCloud login page, click the “Forgot Password” link below the login fields. Enter the email address associated with your account, and a password reset link will be emailed to you. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password.
If you don’t receive the reset email within 5 minutes:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Confirm you used the correct email (the exact one tied to your MFC account).
- Message us and we can reset it on our end.
My password reset email isn’t arriving. What now?
Try these three steps in order:
- Check spam/junk: Security filters occasionally misroute these automated system emails.
- Confirm the email address: If your MFC account was set up with a specific business email that is different from what you typed, the reset link will not reach you.
- Contact us: Email our support team, and we will trigger the reset manually or check your account settings.
I’m getting an “invalid credentials” error even though I’m sure my password is right.
A few possible causes to check:
- Caps Lock is on: Passwords are strictly case-sensitive.
- Wrong email: You may have multiple emails on file; try your alternate addresses.
- Account locked: Your account will lock after too many failed attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact us to unlock it immediately.
I can log in but I can’t see the section I need.
Different user roles in MyFoodCloud have different permissions. If you cannot see Daily Meal Production Records, claim reports, or another expected section, it means your current role doesn’t have access. Contact us at help@cacfpsolutions.com and we will review your permissions and adjust them as needed.
Can I have multiple people in our organization log in with separate accounts?
Yes. We can add additional users with role-appropriate permissions (administrator, staff, view-only, etc.). Email us with each person’s name, email, and the specific role you want them to have, and we will get them set up.
