Hi, How can we help?

FAQ- Monthly Reports

Q: What reports does CACFP Solutions send me each month?

A: Three reports are emailed to you after your monthly claim is processed:

  1. Monthly Performance Report — your comprehensive review of the month’s claim. Includes your Claim Grade, reimbursement vs. expenses, budget comparison, year-to-date totals, enrollment status, and milk receipt coverage. Use this to maximize reimbursement and catch issues.
  2. Monthly Audit Report — the report you use to file your claim in TX-UNPS (pull numbers from Sections B & C).
  3. Monthly Receipt Summary Report — a summary of receipts/expenses processed for the month.

Q: When will I receive my reports?

A: Delivery depends on your service plan:

  • Priority Service: records lock on the 2nd of the month; reports go out by the 4th.
  • Standard Service: records lock on the 5th; reports go out around the 7th.
